Overview
HUDA QD-E710-IPX34-1000 dripping test chamber is suitable for testing whether the shell and sealing of electrical products can ensure good performance of equipment and components in a rainy environment. This product adopts scientific design and can realistically simulate dripping, dripping, splashing, spraying and other environments.
Features
1. The shell of the box is treated with stainless steel plate hairline, and the liner material is made of stainless steel light plate
2. Large area visible Glass door, easy to observe the test chamber to be tested
3. Adopt high-quality fixed PU movable wheel, which is convenient for users to move
4. Sample stage with 350-degree pendulum pipe and 360-degree rotary rod water spray device, and adjustable speed
5. The comprehensive control system and the use of frequency conversion technology enable the rainfall, the rotation angle of the test rack, the swing angle of the water spray swing rod, and the swing frequency of the water spray to be automatically adjusted
Principle
Through the water spray device to simulate dripping, water, splashing, water spray and other environments, the use of pendulum pipe and rotary rod water spray device with adjustable speed of the sample stage, the electrical product shell and sealing rain test, inspection of its protection performance.
Applications
Electrical product shell sealing performance test
Standards
GB/T4208、EC60529、GB2423,38-90、GB4706.32-2004、IEC-5129
Steps
1. IPX4 water spraying test selects an appropriate radius of the pendulum pipe, so that the height of the sample table is at the diameter position of the pendulum pipe
2. Place the sample on the sample stage so that the distance from the top to the sample nozzle is not more than 200mm
3. The water flow is calculated according to the number of water spray holes in the pendulum pipe, and each hole is 0.07 L/min.
4. The water spray area is the water spray hole in the 90 ° arc section on both sides of the pendulum pipe. Spray to the sample
5. The test sample is placed in the center of the semicircle of the pendulum tube
6. The pendulum pipe swings 180 ° on both sides of the vertical, for a total of about 360 ° (IPX3 swings 60 °, for a total of 120 °)
7. Test time: continuous water for 10 min
8. The test is completed to verify whether the product meets the standard requirements
Notice
• Make sure that the distance from the top of the sample to the nozzle is not more than 200mm
• The water flow should be accurately calculated according to the number of spray holes in the pendulum pipe
• The water spray area should be controlled within 90 ° arcs on both sides of the midpoint of the pendulum pipe
• The sample must be placed in the center of the semicircle of the pendulum tube
• The swing angle of the pendulum pipe needs to be set according to the IPX level requirements
• The test time should be set according to the regulations
