A stainless steel water tank is arranged at the bottom of the equipment. The water is pumped out and pressurized by the stainless steel water pump in the right control box, and then transported to the nozzle of the side water spray pipe device. Nozzle sprays water on the sample on the turntable in a constant direction, and the water is scattered and returned to the water tank, thus forming a closed water circulation system. Flow rate meters, pressure gauges, solenoid valves and other control elements are designed at the outlet of the water pump. The speed of the waterproof turntable installed in the inner box can be adjusted through the control panel.

1. Place the sample on the equipment turntable. 2. Select the IP level (IPX5 or IPX6) to be tested on the Touchscreen Control system. 3. Set the water spray duration (adjustable for 3, 10, 30 or 9999 minutes) and running time (adjustable from 1 to 9999 minutes). 4. Adjust the turntable Rotation speed as needed. 5. Start the equipment, the water pump starts to work, and the nozzle sprays the sample according to the set parameters. 6. During the test, the spray pressure can be observed through the pressure gauge. 7. After the test is completed, the equipment automatically stops and samples are taken out for evaluation.
