Overview
HUDA QD-E710-IPX56-512 rain test chamber is suitable for testing whether the shell and sealing of electrical products can ensure good performance of equipment and components in a rain environment. This product adopts scientific design and can realistically simulate dripping, spraying, splashing, spraying and other environments.
Features
1. Use stainless steel water tanks and pumps to form a water circulation system
2. Equipped with IP5 and IP6 nozzles, the water spray flow and pressure can be adjusted
3. Built-in waterproof turntable, the speed can be controlled by touch screen
4. The water spray duration is adjustable from 1 to 9999 minutes
5. Adopt "HUD" touch screen control system
6. The main material is 304 stainless steel, strong corrosion resistance
7. Select Chint, Schneider and other well-known brands of electrical control accessories
8. Equipped with a high-power 2.2KW water pump and multiple solenoid valves to control the waterway
Principle
The bottom of the equipment is provided with a water tank, which is pumped and pressurized through the stainless steel water pump in the right control box and sent to the nozzle of the side water spray pipe device. The nozzle constantly sprays water on the sample on the turntable, and then scattered back into the water tank to form a water circulation system. The pump outlet is designed with flow meters, pressure gauges, solenoid valves and other control elements. The inner box is equipped with a waterproof turntable, and the speed is controlled on the panel.
Applications
Waterproof performance test of electrical products
Standards
GB4208-2008、GB2423.38、IPX5、IPX6
Steps
1. Place the sample on the turntable
2. Select the IP rating test through the touch screen
3. Set the spray duration
4. Control the turntable speed
5. Start the test program
6. Observe the waterproof performance of the sample
Notice
• The equipment voltage is 380V, make sure the power supply matches
• Regularly check the pump and water circulation system
• Keep the water tank clean to prevent clogging
• Pay attention to the setting of water spray pressure and flow
• Confirm that the sample is firmly fixed before testing
• Pay attention to safety protection during operation
