Principle
The automatic Film Applicator uses a wire rod Spreader mode to evenly Spreader out the wet-film of the specified Film thickness on different substrates through precisely controlled Spreader rate and stroke. The device sets parameters through the touch screen, and the mechanical fixture fixes the substrate to achieve repeated and continuous accurate Spreader.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and fix it to the mechanical fixture
2. Select the appropriate wire rod and install it.
3. Spreader parameters (Film thickness, speed, stroke) set by touch screen
4. Spreader the device
5. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader
