Principle
The Applicator uses its precise 4-sided I-shaped structure, each side is preset with a different gap height. To use, place the specimen on a flat substrate, select the Applicator side corresponding to the desired thickness, and scrape the specimen at constant speed and pressure to leave a uniform thickness, fixed width wet-film on the substrate, providing a standardized sample for subsequent leveling observations, fineness testing, or performance testing.

Steps
1. Ensure that the substrate to be tested is flat, solid, and clean.

4. Place the Applicator perpendicular to the substrate and scrape the sample into a film at a constant speed and appropriate pressure.
5. Immediately observe the wet-film or wait for it to dry, and perform related tests such as color, hiding power, and leveling.
