Overview
The SDF-370 experimental multi-purpose dispersion sand mill is a new environmentally friendly laboratory product designed and developed by JINGKELIAN using new technologies at home and abroad. It integrates Stir, sand grinding and dispersion functions and is an optional experimental equipment for laboratory personnel. The equipment adopts a frequency conversion motor, which has the advantages of small size, low noise, no commutation interference, and no carbon brush mechanical abrasion. The number directly displays the rotating shaft speed, and is equipped with a dispersion impeller and sand grinding blades, which can adapt to different test needs and provide correct data for large-scale production.

Principle
Stir, disperse or sand grind operation driven by dispersed impeller or sand grinding blades, digital display speed is convenient for calculating the relationship between linear speed and material viscosity and chemical reaction rate.
Steps
1. Fix the barrel with left and right grippers
2. Install dispersed impeller or sand grinding disc as needed, and connect the shaft with screws
3. Set the required speed through the frequency converter controller
4. Stir, disperse or grind the equipment
5. Turn off the equipment after the operation is completed, clean and maintain it
