Principle
The Viscometer determines the viscosity of a fluid by measuring the internal friction that occurs between molecules when it is subjected to an external force. The instrument calculates the viscosity of the fluid by driving the rotor to swirl/spin in the fluid and measuring the torque required to maintain a specific speed.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate rotor according to the estimated sample viscosity and install it.
2. Place the sample in the measurement vessel, ensuring that the rotor is immersed in the sample to the specified depth.
3. Set measurement parameters such as rotational speed through the touch screen.
4. Start the measurement, the instrument will automatically run and display the viscosity value.
5. After the measurement is completed, the data can be viewed, stored or output through the interface.
Notice
• Please select the appropriate rotor according to the estimated viscosity range to ensure the Measurement accuracy.
• Ensure that the rotor is properly installed and immersed in the sample to the specified depth.
• Before measurement, the sample should be in a stable state without obvious bubbles or impurities.
• The instrument should be used under the conditions of environment Operating temperature 5~ 35 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Power supply voltage specified (AC110-240V 50/60Hz or DC12V).
• Avoid using instruments in environments with strong electromagnetic interference.
