The LC-NDJ-99T Touch Screen Viscometer is a Physical PropertyAnalysis instrument for the measurement of fluid viscosity under the LICHEN brand. Viscosity is a physical property that reflects the internal friction of a fluid and is closely related to the chemical composition of a substance. The instrument monitors the composition or quality of a substance by measuring viscosity. It uses microcomputer control technology to provide high Sensitivity and Reliability for the measurement of absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids and apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids.

Principle
The Viscometer accurately determines the viscosity of a fluid (liquid or semi-fluid) by measuring its flow characteristics under different shear stresses. It reflects the internal friction between molecules that occurs when a fluid is subjected to external forces.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate rotor according to the estimated viscosity of the sample and install it.
2. Place the sample in the measurement vessel.
3. Set measurement parameters (such as rotational speed) through the touch screen.
4. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically runs and displays the results.
5. After the measurement is completed, the data can be stored, Linear dispersion can be viewed, or output through the interface.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is used under the conditions of environment Operating temperature 5~ 35 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 80%.
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage is within the allowable range of AC110-240V 50/60Hz or DC12V.
• Select the appropriate rotor and speed according to the viscosity range of the sample to be tested (1~ 2000000mPa · s).
• When connecting the rotor, pay attention to using the universal joint to adjust the direction to ensure a stable installation.
• Regularly maintain vulnerable parts such as handwheels to ensure smooth operation.
• If the measurement value exceeds the range, the instrument will trigger the over-range alarm, please adjust the measurement conditions in time.
When connecting external devices (e.g. printers, computers) through the interface, please ensure that the connection is correct.
