Principle
The test chamber adopts a cascade refrigeration system, which is composed of a high temperature part and a low temperature part. The refrigeration cycle is realized by connecting the evaporative condenser. The heating system is composed of high-power resistance wire, which can heat up quickly. The temperature and humidity system is divided into two subsystems of humidification and dehumidification. The humidification adopts the steam humidification method, and the dehumidification mainly adopts the mechanical refrigeration and dehumidification method. The Sensor system adopts platinum resistance and Thermocouple measurement temperature, and the solid-state electronic Sensor measurement humidity.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and check the grounding resistance ≤ 4Ω.
2. Manually add water to 20L capacity
3. Set test program parameters
4. Select the start-up mode (cold/heat)
5. Start the test program
6. Monitor test process Linear dispersion
7. Turn off the device after the test is completed
Notice
• Power supply voltage must be kept within 220V AC (+/- 10%) range
• Must use air switch (40A), no knife switch or power socket
• The resistivity of humidification water needs to be ≥ 500MΩ
• The weight of the product rack shall not exceed 20 kg
• The equipment has multiple safety devices such as air burn prevention, high voltage protection, overheating protection, and overcurrent protection
• The start-stop function can be locked during operation to prevent accidental touch from affecting the experimental results
• Operating temperature range -70~ 150 ℃, Humidity range 20~ 98% R.H
• Regularly check whether the equipment safety devices are normal
