Principle
Humidity chamber works synergistically through refrigeration system, heating system and temperature and humidity system. The refrigeration system uses cascade refrigeration, which consists of high temperature part and low temperature part. It is connected by evaporative condenser to realize low temperature environment simulation. The heating system consists of high power resistance wire, which provides rapid heating. The temperature and humidity system includes humidification and dehumidification subsystem. The humidification adopts steam humidification method. The dehumidification adopts mechanical refrigeration dehumidification or drying dehumidification method. The Sensor system uses platinum resistance and Thermocouple for temperature measurement. The solid state electronic Sensor performs humidity measurement.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage is 220V AC (+/- 10%) and the grounding resistance is ≤ 4Ω.
2. Manually add water to the humidification system, 20L each time, to ensure that the water resistivity is ≥ 500MΩ
3. Through the 5.7-inch LCD color LCD screen setting program, you can choose the setting value, program or connection mode
4. Use the controller to set temperature and humidity parameters, including appointment start-up and timing control
5. Start equipment, monitor actual operation Linear dispersion and safety detection function
6. After the test is completed, turn off the device and disconnect the power supply
Notice
• The power switch must use an air switch (40A), and it is forbidden to use a knife switch or a power socket
• The resistivity of humidification water needs to be ≥ 500MΩ to ensure the humidification effect
• The weight of the product rack shall not exceed 20 kg to prevent overloading
• Pay attention to safety devices during operation, including air burn prevention, high voltage protection, overheating protection, overcurrent protection, etc
• After a power outage, the program data can be maintained for 6 months, but attention should be paid to the selection of the restart mode
• Ensure stable connection when using communication interface RS-232 for PC connection
• Regularly check Sensors and Control Systems for accuracy and functionality
