Principle
The humidity chamber adopts a cascade refrigeration system, which consists of a high-temperature part and a low-temperature part. It is connected by an evaporative condenser to realize the heat exchange of the refrigerant. The heating system is composed of high-power resistance wire to ensure rapid heating. The temperature and humidity system includes steam humidification method and mechanical refrigeration dehumidification or drying dehumidification. The temperature and humidity are precisely monitored and controlled by the Sensor system.

Steps
1. Set the reservation start function and plan the test conditions
2. Use smart microcomputer PID + SSR/SCR Control mode for data setting and Linear dispersion rendering
3. Perform start/stop operations through the timing control interface

5. Select the restart mode (interrupt, cold engine start or heat engine start) when the power failure returns.
6. The safety detection device monitors the operating status and automatically cuts off the power when abnormal

Notice
• The weight of the product rack shall not exceed 20 kg
• The resistivity of humidification water needs to be ≥ 500MΩ
• The power switch must use an air switch (40A), and it is forbidden to use a knife switch or a power socket

• The program data can be maintained for 6 months after a power outage, but attention should be paid to the selection of the restart mode
