Principle
The test chamber adopts a cascade refrigeration system, which is composed of two relatively independent refrigeration systems, the high temperature part and the low temperature part, which are connected by evaporative condenser. The heating system is composed of high-power resistance wire, which can realize rapid heating. The temperature and humidity system is divided into two subsystems of humidification and dehumidification. The humidification adopts steam humidification method, and the dehumidification adopts mechanical refrigeration dehumidification and drying dehumidification. The Sensor system adopts platinum resistance and Thermocouple measurement temperature, and the solid-state electronic Sensor measurement humidity.

Steps
1. Set up program catalog management, establish test names and program data
2. Select the operation mode: three operation modes such as fixed value/program/connection
3. Set the reservation boot operation function
4. Lock the start-stop function conditions to prevent accidental touch
5. Configure the power failure recovery mode: BREAK (interrupt), COLD (cold engine start), HOT (hot engine start)
6. Online control with PC via RS-232 interface
7. Select Chinese/English to display subtitles
8. Manually add water 20L each time
9. Place the product test rack to ensure that the load-bearing capacity does not exceed 20 kg
Notice
• Power supply voltage must be 220V AC (+/- 10%), protective grounding resistance ≤ 4Ω
• Do not use knife switches or power sockets, must use air switches (40A)
• The resistivity of humidification water needs to be ≥ 500MΩ
• The load-bearing capacity of the product rack shall not exceed 20kg
• Pay attention to the status of safety devices: air burn prevention, high voltage protection, overheating protection, overcurrent protection, Pottery and porcelain E-16 fast fuse, no fuse overload protection
• The frequency needs to be kept at 50 +/- 0.5Hz
• Power is about 3.5KW, ensure power matching
• Regularly check the Sensor Correction Status
• Pay attention to observe the fault alarm prompt and deal with it in time
