Principle
The refrigeration system adopts cascade refrigeration, which is composed of high temperature part and low temperature part. It is connected by evaporative condenser to realize heat absorption from the object being chilled down to obtain cold energy. The heating system is composed of high power resistance wire, which provides rapid heating. The temperature and humidity system is divided into humidification and dehumidification subsystem. The humidification adopts steam humidification method, and the dehumidification adopts mechanical refrigeration dehumidification or drying dehumidification method. The Sensor system uses platinum resistance and Thermocouple measurement temperature, and the solid state electronic Sensor measurement humidity.

Steps

Notice
• Power supply voltage must be 220V AC (+/- 10%), grounding resistance ≤ 4Ω
• The resistivity of humidification water needs to be ≥ 500MΩ
• The weight of the product rack does not exceed 20 kg
• Do not use knife switches or power sockets, use air switches (40A)
• Note that safety devices include air burn prevention, high voltage protection, overheating protection, etc
• Lock the start-stop function during operation to prevent accidental touch from affecting the experimental results
