Principle
The humidity chamber adopts a cascade refrigeration system, which consists of two relatively independent refrigeration systems, the high temperature part and the low temperature part, which are connected by evaporative condenser. The heating system is composed of high-power resistance wire to achieve rapid heating up. The temperature and humidity system is divided into two subsystems of humidification and dehumidification. The humidification adopts the steam humidification method, and the dehumidification mainly adopts the mechanical refrigeration and dehumidification method. The control system adopts smart microcomputer PID + SSR/SCR automatic forward and backward two-way synchronous output to ensure accurate control.

Steps
1. Setting program: Set the test program through the 5.7-inch LCD color liquid crystal display
2. Water addition operation: manually add water 20L each time
3. Place the sample: place the sample to be tested on the product test rack
4. Start the test: Select the startup mode and start the test
5. Monitoring operation: Linear dispersion of actual operation is monitored through the display screen
6. Complete the test: Remove the sample after the test is completed
Notice
• The weight of the product rack should be within 20 kg
• The resistivity of humidification water needs to be ≥ 500MΩ
• Power switch requires air switch (40A prohibits the use of knife switch or power socket)
• Pay attention to the protection function of the safety device: air burn prevention, high voltage protection, overheating protection, overcurrent protection, etc
• Pay attention to the locking function during operation to prevent accidental touch from affecting the experimental results
