Overview
KESIONOTS KS-OTS-LR50LA Thermal Shock Test Chamber is used to test the tolerance of material structures or composites under instantaneous extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature continuous environment, and test in the shortest time through chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction. Suitable for metals, plastics, rubber, electronics and other materials, providing basis or reference for product improvement.
Features
1. Adopt a three-box equipment structure, including high temperature zone, low temperature zone, and test zone. The test product is statically placed in the test zone, and the temperature rushes into the test zone when impacted.
2. Touch graphic control operation interface, easy to operate.
3. Impact mode applies wind path switching to introduce the temperature into the test area for Thermal Shock test.
4. Temperature recovery time ≤ 5min, temperature conversion time ≤ 10s, temperature control accuracy +/- 0.5 ℃, temperature distribution accuracy +/- 2.0 ℃.
5. The liner material is stainless steel, and the outer box material is SUS304 #stainless steel plate matte surface treatment or cold tie steel plate nanotechnology advanced baking paint.
6. The thermal insulation material is made of high temperature and high density chlorine-based formic acid vinegar foam insulator material.
7. The system adopts P.I.D + S.S.R + microcomputer equilibrate temperature control system.
8. The chilling down system can be selected from semi-hermetic double-stage Compressor (water-cooled) or fully hermetic double-stage Compressor (air-cooled).
9. The protection device includes no fuse switch, Compressor high and low voltage protection switch, refrigerant high voltage protection switch, fault warning system, electronic alarm.
10. Accessories include viewing window (special optional type), two adjustable compartments up and down, power-on measuring holes, casters, and horizontal brackets.
Principle
The Thermal Shock Test Chamber adopts a three-box structure, with the high temperature zone, the low temperature zone and the test zone separated, and the test product is statically placed in the test zone. The temperature in the high temperature zone or the low temperature zone is quickly introduced into the test zone through the wind path switching method to realize the Thermal Shock test and simulate the material's tolerance performance under extreme temperature changes.
Applications
Metal, plastic, rubber, electronics
