Overview
KESIONOTS KS-OTS-LR408LA Thermal Shock Test Chamber is used to test the tolerance of material structures or composites in extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature continuous environments, and to evaluate product performance through chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction. Suitable for metals, plastics, rubber, electronics and other materials, providing the basis for product improvement.
Features
1. Adopt a three-box equipment structure, including a high-temperature zone, a low-temperature zone, and a test zone, to test the static placement of the product.
2. Touch graphic control operation interface, easy to operate.
3. Impact mode adopts air path switching, and the temperature is introduced into the test area for Thermal Shock test.
4. Temperature recovery time ≤ 5min, temperature conversion time ≤ 10s, high control accuracy.
5. Equipped with a variety of protection devices, such as no fuse switch, Compressor high and low voltage protection switch, etc., to ensure safety.
6. Optional accessories include viewing window, compartment, measuring hole, etc., to enhance functionality.
Principle
The Thermal Shock Test Chamber places the test product in the test area through a three-box structure, and uses the wind path switching method to quickly introduce the temperature in the high temperature or low temperature area into the test area to achieve continuous impact of extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature, simulating the tolerance of the material under instantaneous temperature changes. The system adopts a P.I.D + S.S.R + microcomputer equilibrate temperature control system to ensure accurate temperature control and fast conversion.
Applications
Metal, plastic, rubber, electronics
