KESIONOTS KS-OTS-LR225LB Thermal Shock Test Chamber is used to test the tolerance of material structures or composites in an instantaneous extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature continuous environment, and conduct rapid tests through chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction. Suitable for metals, plastics, rubber, electronics and other materials, providing the basis for product improvement.
Features

3. Impact mode adopts air path switching, and the temperature is introduced into the test area for Thermal Shock test.

Principle
The equipment adopts a three-box structure, and the test product is placed in the test area. The temperature in the high-temperature or low-temperature area is instantly introduced into the test area through air passage switching to realize Thermal Shock testing. The system uses a P.I.D + S.S.R + microcomputer equilibrate temperature control system to ensure rapid temperature conversion and accurate control.
