Overview
KESIONOTS KS-OTS-LR50LC Thermal Shock Test Chamber is used to test the tolerance of material structures or composites under instantaneous extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature continuous environment, and to test in the shortest time through chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction. Applicable objects include metals, plastics, rubber, electronics and other materials, which can be used as the basis or reference for product improvement.
Features
1. Adopt a three-box equipment structure, including a high-temperature zone, a low-temperature zone, and a test zone. The test product is statically placed in the test zone, and the temperature is introduced into the test zone for impact.
2. Adopt touch graphic control operation interface, easy to operate.
3. Impact mode applies wind path switching to introduce the temperature into the test area for Thermal Shock test.
4. High temperature control accuracy, up to +/- 0.5 ℃, temperature distribution accuracy +/- 2.0 ℃.
5. The liner material is stainless steel, and the outer box material is SUS304 #stainless steel plate matte surface treatment or cold tie steel plate nanotechnology advanced baking paint.
6. The thermal insulation material is made of high temperature and high density chlorine-based formic acid vinegar foam insulator material.
7. The system adopts P.I.D + S.S.R + microcomputer equilibrate temperature control system.
8. The chilling down system can be selected from semi-hermetic double-stage Compressor (water-cooled) or fully hermetic double-stage Compressor (air-cooled).
9. Equipped with multiple protection devices, including no fuse switch, Compressor high and low voltage protection switch, refrigerant high voltage protection switch, fault warning system, electronic alarm.
10. The controller can be selected from the Korean "TEMI" or Japanese "OYO" brand, and the refrigeration system can be selected from the French "Taikang" brand or the German BITZER brand.
Principle
The Thermal Shock Test Chamber adopts a three-box structure, including a high-temperature zone, a low-temperature zone and a test zone. The test product is placed in a static test zone, and the temperature in the high-temperature zone or the low-temperature zone is quickly introduced into the test zone by switching the wind path to conduct Thermal Shock testing to simulate the material's tolerance performance under extreme temperature changes.
Applications
Metal, plastic, rubber, electronics
Steps
1. Place the test product in the test area.
2. Set the temperature parameters of the high temperature zone and the low temperature zone through the touch graphic operation interface.
3. Start the equipment, and the system will introduce the temperature into the test area for Impact test through wind path switching.
4. Monitor temperature changes and testing processes to ensure compliance with set requirements.
5. After the test is completed, turn off the device and remove the test product.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 380V 50HZ/60HZ to avoid equipment failure due to voltage mismatch.
• The weight of the equipment is 700kg, and it is necessary to ensure that the ground is stable and adjusted horizontally during installation.
• Check whether the protection device is normal before use, including no fuse switch, Compressor high and low voltage protection switch, etc.
• Maintain the chilled down system regularly to ensure the normal operation of the Compressor.
• Pay attention to high and low temperature areas during operation to avoid burns or frostbite.
• Test products should be placed correctly to avoid affecting the accuracy of temperature distribution.
