Overview
KESIONOTS KS-OTS-LR150LC Thermal Shock Test Chamber is used to test the tolerance of material structures or composites in extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature continuous environments, and to detect chemical changes or physical damage in a short time through thermal expansion and contraction effects. Suitable for metals, plastics, rubber, electronics and other materials, providing basis for product improvement.
Features
1. Adopt a three-box equipment structure, including a high-temperature zone, a low-temperature zone, and a test zone. The test product is statically placed in the test zone, and the temperature rushes into the test zone when impacted.
2. Touch-type graphic operation interface, easy to operate.
3. The impact mode is to switch the air path, and the temperature is introduced into the test area for Thermal Shock test.
4. Temperature recovery time ≤ 5min, temperature conversion time ≤ 10s, temperature control accuracy +/- 0.5 ℃, temperature distribution accuracy +/- 2.0 ℃.
5. The liner material is stainless steel, the outer box material is SUS304 #stainless steel plate matte surface treatment or cold tie steel plate nanotechnology advanced baking paint, and the thermal insulation material is high temperature resistant and high density chlorine-based formic acid vinegar foam insulator material.
6. The system adopts P.I.D + S.S.R + microcomputer equilibrate temperature control system, and the cooling down system can choose semi-closed double-stage Compressor (water-cooled) or fully closed double-stage Compressor (air-cooled).
7. The protection device includes no fuse switch, Compressor high and low voltage protection switch, refrigerant high voltage protection switch, fault warning system, electronic alarm.
8. Accessories include viewing window (special optional type), two adjustable compartments up and down, power-on measuring holes, casters, and horizontal brackets.
Principle
Thermal Shock Test Chamber adopts three-box structure, the test product is placed in the test area, and the temperature in the high temperature or low temperature area is quickly introduced into the test area through the air passage switching method to realize Thermal Shock test. The system uses the P.I.D + S.S.R + microcomputer equilibrate temperature control system to precisely control the temperature change and simulate the impact effect of extreme temperature environment on materials.
Applications
Metal, plastic, rubber, electronics
Steps
1. Place the test product in the test area.
2. Set the temperature parameters of the high temperature zone and the low temperature zone through the touch graphic operation interface.
3. Start the equipment, and the system will introduce the temperature into the test area for Impact test through wind circuit switching.
4. Monitor the temperature recovery and conversion process to ensure test accuracy.
5. After the test is completed, turn off the device and remove the sample.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 380V 50HZ/60HZ to avoid voltage mismatch.
• The weight of the equipment is 1200kg, and casters and horizontal brackets are required to ensure stability during installation.
• Regularly check the protection device, such as no fuse switch, Compressor high and low voltage protection switch, etc., to prevent failure.
• Pay attention to high and low temperature areas during operation to avoid burns or frostbite.
• Keep the equipment clean to avoid foreign objects blocking the air duct system.
• Verify liner size and internal volume are suitable for the sample before testing.
