Overview
KESIONOTS KS-OTS-LR408LC Thermal Shock Test Chamber is used to test the tolerance of material structures or composites in instantaneous extremely high temperature and extremely low temperature continuous environments, and to quickly evaluate chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction. Suitable for metals, plastics, rubber, electronics and other materials, providing basis or reference for product improvement.
Features
1. Adopt a three-box equipment structure, including a high-temperature zone, a low-temperature zone, and a test zone. The test product is statically placed in the test zone, and the temperature is introduced for testing during Impact.
2. Touch-type graphic operation interface, easy to operate.
3. Impact mode uses wind path switching to introduce temperature into the test area to achieve Thermal Shock test.
4. High temperature control accuracy, up to +/- 0.5 ℃, temperature distribution accuracy +/- 2.0 ℃.
5. Equipped with a variety of protection devices, such as no fuse switch, Compressor high and low voltage protection switch, etc., to ensure safe operation.
6. Available with a variety of brand controllers and refrigeration systems, such as Korean "TEMI" or Japanese "OYO" controllers, French "Taikang" or German BITZER refrigeration systems.
Principle
The Thermal Shock Test Chamber places the test product in the test area through a three-box structure, and uses the wind path switching method to quickly introduce the temperature in the high temperature or low temperature area into the test area for Thermal Shock testing. The system adopts a P.I.D + S.S.R + microcomputer equilibrate temperature control system to ensure accurate temperature control and fast conversion.
Applications
Metal, plastic, rubber, electronics
Steps
1. Place the test product in the test area.
2. Set the temperature parameters of the high temperature zone and the low temperature zone through the touch graphic operation interface.
3. Start the equipment, and the system automatically introduces the temperature into the test area for Impact test through wind path switching.
4. Monitor the testing process to ensure that the temperature recovery and conversion times meet requirements.
5. After the test is completed, remove the product and analyze the results.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is AC 380V 50HZ/60HZ to avoid voltage mismatch.
* The weight of the equipment is 1900kg, and horizontal brackets and casters are required during installation to ensure stable placement.
* Regularly check the protection devices, such as fuse-free switches and Compressor protection switches, to prevent malfunctions.
Pay attention to high and low temperature areas during operation to avoid burns or frostbite.
* Keep liner and outer box clean, use stainless steel material and insulation material to maintain equipment life.
Confirm that the content product is 408L before testing to avoid overloading.
