Overview
KESIONOTS KS-OTS-LY225 rain test chamber is a device used to test the waterproof performance of products. The liner is made of SUS304 mirror stainless steel, and the shell is sprayed with galvanized steel plate, which is beautiful and generous in appearance. Equipped with imported control instruments and electric switches, the door has a light observation window and built-in lighting, which is convenient for observing the specimen. Support custom size and performance standards, simple operation, easy installation, training and maintenance.
Features
1. The liner is made of SUS304 mirror stainless steel, and the shell is sprayed with galvanized steel plate, which is beautiful and durable.
2. Import control instruments and electronic switches to ensure the overall mass.
3. The door is equipped with a lighted observation window and built-in lighting to provide good observation conditions.
4. Size and performance standards can be customized according to user requirements.
5. The system is easy to operate, easy to install, train, and maintain.
6. Designed and manufactured in strict accordance with relevant national standards.
Principle
The rain test chamber simulates the rain environment through the water spray system to test the waterproof performance of the product. The water spray ring swings at a set radius and angle, the water spray hole sprays water, and the test bench can swirl/spin to evenly cover the specimen. The controller adjusts the water pressure and swing parameters to ensure that the test meets the standard requirements.
Applications
Automobile lamps, wipers, waterproof strips, locomotive instruments, low-voltage electrical shell protection
Standards
GB/T 4942.2-1993, Shell Protection Rating (IP code), GB4208-2008, GB/T10485-2007
Steps
1. Install the equipment and connect the power supply and water source.
2. Set controller parameters such as swing angle and rotational speed.
3. Place the specimen on the test bench.
4. Start the equipment and conduct a rain test.
5. Observe the status of the specimen and record the test results.
6. After the test is completed, shut down the equipment and clean up the site.
Notice
• Make sure the equipment is well grounded before operation to prevent the risk of leakage.
• Regularly check water pipes and spray holes to avoid clogging.
• Be careful during testing and do not touch moving parts.
• Cut off the power supply during maintenance to avoid overheating the motor.
• Adjust water pressure and flow according to standard requirements.
