Overview
ZKHS QLH-800 (250 ℃) ventilation aging test chamber is suitable for the heat resistance test of electrical insulation materials, as well as the ventilation aging test of electronic spare parts and plasticized products. The box body is processed by numerical control machine tool, which is beautiful and easy to operate.
Features
1. The inner tank of the box is made of imported stainless steel (SUS304) mirror plate argon arc welding.
2. The shell of the box is sprayed with A3 steel plate, and the Appearance is good and the cleanliness is high.
3. Adopt an intelligent program microcomputer controller with temperature control protection, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
4. Equipped with a large observation window with lighting, tempered Glass, can clearly observe the situation in the box.
5. The hot air circulation system is composed of fans and special air ducts that can operate continuously at high temperatures to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
6. The device is equipped with a low Rotation speed turntable.
Principle
The test chamber precisely sets and controls the temperature through a microcomputer controller. Its hot air circulation system consists of a high temperature resistant fan and a special air duct, which forces the air to circulate inside the studio to ensure uniform temperature. At the same time, the equipment has a ventilation function, which can exchange air according to the set time or number of times to simulate the aging environment.
Applications
Electrical insulation material heat resistance test, electronic parts ventilation aging test, plasticized products ventilation aging test
Standards
GJB7444-94 "Hot air aging test chamber", GB/T3512-2014, GB/T7141-2008, GBT 2951.42-2008, GB/T 2951.11 - 2008
Steps
Connect the device to a compliant power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire).
2. Set the required test temperature, ventilation time or ventilation volume, and total test time through the LED digital display microcomputer controller.
3. Place the sample on the turntable in the studio.
4. Start the equipment, the test chamber starts to heat up and run the ventilation program.
5. During the test, the sample condition can be observed through a large observation window.
6. After reaching the set test time, the equipment stops running and the sample is taken out after the temperature in the box has dropped to a safe range.
Notice
* Equipment should be installed in a well-ventilated environment free of flammable and explosive materials.
* Power supply voltage is consistent with equipment requirements and grounded reliably.
* When placing the sample, do not block the air duct outlet to ensure Temperature uniformity.
When the equipment is running, do not open the door frequently to avoid affecting the temperature stability and test results.
After the test, it is necessary to wait for the temperature in the box to drop sufficiently before taking out the sample to prevent burns.
* Regularly check whether the safety protection function of the equipment (such as leakage, over-temperature protection, etc.) is normal.
Before performing maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply of the equipment.
