Overview
QLH-100 (250 ℃) ventilation aging test chamber is produced by ZKHS, which is suitable for the heat resistance test of electrical insulation materials, as well as the ventilation aging test of electronic spare parts and plasticized products. The box body is processed by numerical control machine tool, the liner is imported stainless steel mirror plate, the shell is A3 steel plate spray, equipped with intelligent program microcomputer controller and large observation window.
Features
1. The box body is processed and formed by numerical control machine tool, with beautiful and generous shape, and adopts no-reaction handle, which is easy to operate.
2. The inner tank of the box is made of imported stainless steel (SUS304) mirror plate argon arc welding.
3. The shell of the box is sprayed with A3 steel plate, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.
4. Adopt an intelligent program microcomputer controller with temperature control protection, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
5. The large observation window is equipped with lights to keep the box bright, and tempered Glass is used to clearly observe the situation in the box at any time.
6. The hot air circulation system is composed of fans and special air ducts that can operate continuously at high temperatures, and the temperature in the working room is uniform.

Principle
The test chamber precisely controls the temperature in the box through a microcomputer integrated controller, and uses a high temperature and low noise motor to drive a multi-leaf centrifugal wind turbine to form a hot air circulation system to ensure uniform temperature in the working room. At the same time, the equipment has an adjustable ventilation function, which can exchange air at a set ventilation amount within a set ventilation time to simulate the aging environment.

Steps
Connect the power supply (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system).
2. Set the test temperature, ventilation time, ventilation volume and timing time through the LED digital display microcomputer integrated controller.
3. Place the sample on the turntable in the box.
4. Start the equipment, the hot air circulation system starts to work, and the aging test is carried out.
5. Observe the test process through a large observation window.
6. After the test reaches the set time, the equipment stops working and the sample is taken out.
Notice
• Equipment needs to be operated by professionals and ensure that the Power supply voltage meets the requirements.
• When placing the sample, do not block the air duct to ensure uniform temperature.
When the equipment is running, do not open the door frequently to avoid affecting the temperature stability and test results.
• Safety protection function of the equipment (leakage, short circuit, over temperature, motor overheating, over current protection), in case of abnormality should immediately stop inspection.
• Regularly maintain and clean the equipment.
