Overview
QLH-225 (250 ℃) ventilation aging test chamber is produced by ZKHS, which is suitable for the heat resistance test of electrical insulation materials, as well as the ventilation aging test of electronic parts and plasticized products. The equipment adopts numerical control machine tool processing and molding, the box structure is strong and beautiful, and the operation is simple.
Features
1. The box body is processed and formed by numerical control machine tool, with beautiful and generous shape, and adopts no-reaction handle, which is easy to operate.
2. The inner tank of the box is made of imported stainless steel (SUS304) mirror plate argon arc welding.
3. The shell of the box is sprayed with A3 steel plate, which increases the appearance texture and cleanliness.
4. Adopt an intelligent program microcomputer controller with temperature control protection, with timing function, accurate and reliable temperature control.
5. The large observation window is equipped with lights to keep the box bright, and tempered Glass is used to clearly observe the situation in the box at any time.
6. The hot air circulation system is composed of fans and special air ducts that can operate continuously at high temperatures, and the temperature in the working room is uniform.
7. Rotation speed turntable for aging unit.
Principle
The equipment is precisely set and controlled by a microcomputer integrated controller. The hot air circulation system (composed of a high temperature and low noise motor and a multi-leaf centrifugal wind turbine) evenly sends the heated air into the studio, and realizes forced convection through a special air duct to ensure Temperature uniformity. At the same time, the equipment can be ventilated according to the setting to simulate the aging environment.
Applications
Electrical insulation material heat resistance test, electronic parts ventilation aging test, plasticized products ventilation aging test
Standards
GJB7444-94 "Hot air aging test chamber", GB/T3512-2014, GB/T7141-2008, GBT 2951.42-2008, GB/T 2951.11 - 2008
Steps
1. Place the device in a suitable location and connect it to a power supply that meets the requirements (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system).
2. Open the box door and place the sample to be tested on the turntable.
3. Close the box door and set the required test temperature (RT + 10 ° C to 250 ° C), ventilation time (adjustable from 3min to 100h), ventilation volume (3 to 100 times/h) and test time (adjustable from 0 to 9999 M and H) through the microcomputer controller.
4. Start the equipment, the hot air circulation system starts to work, and the equipment runs according to the set program.
5. During the test, the conditions in the box can be observed through a large observation window.
6. After the test time reaches the set value, the equipment stops running. After the temperature in the box drops to a safe range, open the box door and take out the sample.
Notice
The power supply of the equipment must meet the specifications (AC220V +/- 10% or AC380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system), and ensure reliable grounding.
• When placing the sample, ensure that the air duct is not blocked to ensure Temperature uniformity.
When the equipment is running, do not open the door frequently to avoid affecting the temperature stability and test results.
• After the test, the sample should be taken out after the temperature in the box has dropped sufficiently to prevent burns.
• Safety protection functions such as leakage, short circuit, over-temperature, motor overheating, and over-current are provided. If the protection function is triggered, it is necessary to check the cause and reset before continuing to use.
• Regularly maintain and clean the equipment to ensure its normal operation.
