Principle
Measurement principle based on swirl/spin method. The motor drives the rotor to swirl/spin uniformly in the sample, and the rotor is subjected to the viscous resistance of the sample to form torque. The instrument measures the torque value, combines the rotor specifications, speed and other parameters, and after internal calculation and processing, the viscosity value of the sample is directly displayed on the digital display screen.

Steps
1. Install and connect the dedicated power adapter.
2. Select the appropriate rotor according to the estimated viscosity value and install it.
3. Place the sample in the measurement vessel, ensuring that the rotor is immersed in the sample to the specified marking line.
4. Turn on the power and set the required speed through the instrument panel.
5. Start the measurement, after the reading is stable, the instrument LCD screen will display the measurement data such as viscosity.
6. If you need to record and analyze data, you can connect to a computer and start the supporting software for automatic data collection, analysis, and chart generation.

* Please use the dedicated power adapter that comes with the product.
* Correctly select the rotor (L1 #, L2 #, L3 #, L4 #) according to the Measurement range.
Make sure that the depth of the rotor immersion in the sample meets the specified requirements.
* The sample viscosity should be estimated before measurement to select the appropriate rotor and speed combination to ensure that the measurement value is within the range.
* Instrument reproducibility is +/- 0.5% F. S, Measurement accuracy is +/- 1% F. S, please pay attention to the measurement error range.
