Overview
YINGXU 150 line metal anilox roller is a metal chrome anilox roller composed of mesh holes and mesh walls. Its surface chrome plating is designed to improve the Abrasion Resistance of the roller body and effectively block the corrosion of the solvent to the base copper layer. The mesh of this type of anilox roller is tetragonal pyramid, and the number of lines is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness, that is, the larger the number of lines, the smaller the wet film thickness.
Features
1. Made of metal chrome, chrome-plated surface, excellent Abrasion Resistance.
2. The chrome plating layer can effectively block the corrosion of the solvent to the base copper layer.
3. The net cavity is a quadrilateral pyramid structure.
4. The number of reticulated lines is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness, which is convenient for selection according to printing needs.
Principle
Measurement and transfer of inks or coatings is made precisely by metal anilox rollers through their regularly arranged mesh cavities (tetragonal pyramids) on the surface. During printing, the cavities store Basis Weight inks and transfer the inks to the substrate through contact with the Printing Plate, thus forming the desired ink layer thickness. The number of lines (e.g. 150 LPI) determines the density and size of the mesh cavities, directly affecting the amount of ink transferred (wet film thickness).
Applications
Printing, Spreader, Encasement
Steps
1. Preparation of metal roller base.
2. Copper plating on the surface of the roller base.
3. Reticulated engraving on the copper layer.
4. Chrome plating on the engraved surface.
Notice
• The number of lines of the metal anilox roller is inversely proportional to the wet film thickness, and the required ink layer thickness should be considered when selecting the number of lines.
• Pay attention to protect the chrome-plated surface and avoid scratching with hard objects to maintain its wear resistance and anti-corrosion performance.
