Overview
YINGXU 220 line metal anilox roller is a chrome-plated metal chrome anilox roller. It consists of a mesh and a mesh wall. The mesh shape is tetragonal pyramid. The number of anilox lines is 220LPI and the print width is 70mm. The surface chrome plating treatment is designed to improve the Abrasion Resistance of the roller body and effectively block the corrosion of the solvent on the copper layer of the base layer.

Principle
Metal anilox rollers store and transfer inks or coatings by Basis Weight through their regularly arranged mesh cavities on the surface. During the printing or Spreader process, the mesh cavities carry the fluid of Basis Weight and come into contact with the substrate through the mesh wall, transferring the fluid to the surface of the substrate to form a uniform ink layer or coating. The number of lines (e.g. 220LPI) determines the density and size of the mesh cavities, which directly affects the transferred wet film thickness.
