Overview
The Encasement clamping force tester KS-OTS-P28 is used to simulate the influence of the clamping force of the two splints on the Encasement parts and goods when the clamping truck is loading and unloading the Encasement parts, and evaluate the clamping strength of the Encasement parts. It is suitable for finished Encasement of kitchenware, furniture, home appliances, toys, etc., especially for the anti-clamping strength test of Encasement parts required by Sears SEARS in the United States.
Features
1. The baseplate adopts a welded part with high rigidity and strength, and the installation surface is processed after aging treatment. The test size is 2.0 meters long × 2.0 meters wide, and there is a warning boundary.
2. The transmission beam is driven by the servo motor to control the movement of the clamp arm, the speed is adjustable, and the built-in pressure sensor realizes force control
3. The servo system controls the lifting action of the cross arm, and the test is safe and reliable
4. The whole machine adopts PLC control to achieve effective control of each station action
5. The control cabinet can set the clamping force, speed and lifting stop, and supports manual or automatic test mode
6. The control panel is equipped with an emergency stop button to ensure safe production
7. The main components are imported brands to ensure the reliable operation of the whole machine
Principle
Encasement clamping force tester drives the screw rod to move inward at the same time through the servo motors of the left and right clamping arms of the transmission beam to clamp the test piece. After reaching the set force, the built-in pressure sensor of the clamping arm senses and stops. Then the servo control station does the rising, stopping and descending actions through the chain drive crossarm to simulate the loading and unloading process of the clamping car and evaluate the clamping strength of the Encasement piece.
Applications
Kitchenware, Furniture, Home Appliances, Toys and other finished products Encasement
Steps
1. Align the center of the specimen with the reference line in the middle of the baseplate
2. Set clamping force, clamping speed and lifting parameters on the control cabinet panel
3. Select manual or automatic test mode
4. Start the test, and the clamp arm automatically clamps the specimen to the set force and stops
5. The cross arm automatically rises, stops and descends
6. After the test is completed, record the maximum breaking force value, holding time, and displacement data displayed on the LCD screen
Notice
* People cannot stand on the baseplate during the test
No person should be on either side of the cross arm during the test
Make sure the power supply of the device is AC 220V/50Hz before operation
* Check that the emergency stop button functions normally before testing
* Note that the maximum allowable specimen height of the equipment is 2.2 meters
The speed range of clamping experiment should be controlled within 5-50MM/MIN
* Regularly check sensor accuracy and Measurement accuracy
