Overview
LGP-400 Artificial climate box is an intelligent programmable device using LED Illuminant, which is widely used in microbial tissue cell foster, seed germination, seedling test, plant cultivation, and insect and small animal feeding. It can accurately simulate different environment climate conditions, and is an ideal device for R & D institutions such as colleges, laboratories, environment protection, agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry to produce scientific research for thermostatic, constant humidity and light experiment foster.

1. Humanized touch buttons, large-screen LCD display, intelligent program control temperature, Humidity, lighting, menu operation, multiple parameters are displayed on the same screen.
2. Mirror stainless steel liner, four corners and half arc design, easy to disinfect and clean the studio, Shelf can be adjusted arbitrarily.
3. 30-segment program can be set to simulate the temperature, Humidity and light changes of nature during the day and night, and can also simulate the multi-directional Illuminant of nature. With automatic parameter storage and recovery function after power failure.

Principle
The device precisely regulates the temperature, Humidity and illumination in the box through the intelligent microcomputer Control system. The LED Illuminant is used to simulate natural light, and the air duct circulation system ensures the uniform and stable environment in the box, so as to provide programmable and controllable artificial climate environment for the experimental subjects.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (220V 50HZ).
2. Perform menu operation by touch button and LCD screen to set the required temperature, Humidity, Illumrination degree and program segment parameters.
3. Place the experimental materials and adjust the internal Shelf position as needed.
4. Start the equipment, run the setting program, and simulate the required day and night climate cycle.
5. During the experiment, various parameters can be observed through the screen.
6. After the experiment, turn off the equipment, remove the sample, and clean and disinfect the studio.
Notice
Equipment should be used under Ambient Temperature 5-35 ℃.
Temperature range: 10-50 ℃ when there is light, 5-50 ℃ when there is no light.
Humidity control range is 50%~ 95% RH, uniformity is +/- 7% RH.
Illumrination degree is adjustable, general light is 0-6000LX, strong light is 0-12000LX.
The maximum power consumption of the device is 2800W, please ensure that the power supply line meets the requirements.
Optional temperature limit alarm and SMS alarm functions can further enhance the safety of the experiment. It is recommended to choose according to requirements.
Regularly clean the studio to keep the equipment in good working condition.
