The equipment has a precise temperature and humidity control system, which can provide various environment simulation conditions required for industrial research and biotechnology testing.

1. Adopt large touch screen, fuzzy PID control, programmed multi-segment parameter setting, and easy program editing operation.
2. The studio adopts mirror stainless steel liner, the four corners and half arcs are easy to clean, and the Shelf spacing in the box is adjustable.
3. Adopt equilibrate Conditioning mode, equipped with imported Compressor, fluorine-free refrigeration and frequency conversion refrigeration system, the temperature and humidity can be quickly restored after opening the door.
4. Adopt PID adjustment and independent heating system, without affecting the refrigeration and control circuits.
5. Adopt a modular humidification system for accurate humidity control and convenient maintenance; the humidification and dehumidification systems are completely independent.
6. Equipped with an imported humidity Sensor that can operate in high humidity.
7. With over-temperature, Sensor failure, leakage, shutdown protection, door opening protection, water shortage alarm, call recovery and other safety functions.
8. Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, the temperature limit is automatically interrupted to ensure the safety of the experiment.

Principle
The equipment adopts equilibrate Conditioning method, and precisely adjusts the environment in the box through the fuzzy PID control algorithm. The independent heating system works in conjunction with the modular humidification and dehumidification system, and cooperates with the imported Compressor and frequency conversion refrigeration system to achieve rapid and stable control of temperature and humidity, ensuring that the experimental conditions meet the set requirements.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Perform programmatic parameter setting and program editing through a large touchscreen.
3. Adjust the Shelf spacing in the box and place the sample according to the experimental requirements.
4. Set the required Temperature range (e.g. 0~ 60 ℃) and Humidity range (35~ 95% RH).
5. Set Timer Range (1~ 9999 minutes).
6. Start the equipment to run, and the equipment will automatically perform equilibrate Conditioning.
7. During operation, the temperature and humidity parameters can be monitored and recorded through the touch screen, printer, USB interface or optional paperless recorder.
8. After the experiment, shut down the equipment according to the procedures.
Notice
The working environment temperature of the equipment is recommended to be between 5-35 ° C.
Pay attention to the water level of the equipment to prevent water shortage alarms.
Please close the door as soon as possible after opening the door to facilitate the rapid recovery of temperature and humidity.
Do not block the 25mm test hole on the left side of the box.
The device has a variety of protection functions (such as over-temperature, door opening protection), please do not disable it at will during operation.
When cleaning, please pay attention to the maintenance of the mirror stainless steel liner in the studio.
Optional functions (such as specific Temperature range, GPRS alarm) need to be clear when booking.
