Overview
The US-400 Intelligent Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a high-end application product of SANFA Instruments, dedicated to providing smart, applied and professional constant temperature and humidity equipment to meet the high-end application needs of modern laboratories. The equipment has a precise temperature and humidity control system, which can provide various environment simulation conditions required for industrial research and biotechnology testing.
Features
1. Adopt large touchscreen, fuzzy PID control, programmed multi-segment parameter settings, and easy to operate program editing.
2. The studio adopts mirror stainless steel liner, the four corners and half arcs are easy to clean, and the Shelf spacing in the box is adjustable.
3. Adopt equilibrate Conditioning, imported Compressor, fluorine-free refrigeration, frequency conversion refrigeration system, the temperature and humidity quickly recover after opening the door.
4. PID adjustment, independent heating system, does not affect the freezing and control circuit.
5. Adopting a modular humidification system allows for more accurate humidity control and convenient maintenance; the humidification and dehumidification systems are completely independent.

8. It is equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, which automatically interrupts when the temperature exceeds the limit to ensure the safe operation of the experiment.
9. Door opening structure, the inner door is a fully tempered Glass door, which can effectively prevent condensation.
10. Equipped with a printer and a USB interface, it can record changes in temperature and humidity parameters.
11. The left side of the box is equipped with a 25mm test hole; with data storage function.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber adopts the equilibrate conditioning mode, and precisely adjusts the temperature and humidity through the fuzzy PID control algorithm. The system includes independent heating, cooling, humidification and dehumidification modules. The imported Compressor and fluorine-free refrigeration technology implement fast and stable temperature and humidity control to ensure that the temperature and humidity can be quickly restored after opening the door.
