Overview
The US-800 Intelligent Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber is a high-end application product of SANFA instruments. Through human-machine interaction mode and personalized customization, it is committed to providing users with intelligent, applied and professional constant temperature and humidity equipment to meet the high-end application needs of modern laboratories. The equipment has a precise temperature and humidity control system, which can provide various environment simulation conditions required for industrial research and biotechnology testing.
Features
1. Adopt large touch screen, fuzzy PID control, programmed multi-segment parameter setting, and easy program editing operation.
2. The studio adopts mirror stainless steel liner, the four corners and half arcs are easy to clean, and the Shelf spacing in the box is adjustable.
3. Adopt equilibrate Conditioning, equipped with imported Compressor, fluorine-free refrigeration and frequency conversion refrigeration system, the temperature and humidity can be quickly restored after opening the door.
4. Adopt PID adjustment and independent heating system, without affecting the refrigeration and control circuits.
5. Adopt a modular humidification system for accurate humidity control and convenient maintenance; the humidification and dehumidification systems are completely independent.
6. Equipped with an imported humidity Sensor that can operate in high humidity.
7. With over-temperature, Sensor failure, leakage, shutdown protection, door opening protection, water shortage alarm, call recovery and other safety protection functions.
8. Equipped with an independent temperature limit alarm system, the temperature limit is automatically interrupted to ensure the safety of the experiment.
9. The double-decked door structure is adopted, and the inner door is a fully tempered Glass door, which can effectively prevent condensation.
10. Equipped with a printer and USB interface, it can record changes in temperature and humidity parameters.
11. The left side of the box is equipped with a 25mm test hole and has a data storage function.

Principle
The Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber adopts the equilibrate conditioning mode, and precisely adjusts the environment in the box through the fuzzy PID control algorithm. The independent heating system, the modular humidification and dehumidification system and the variable frequency refrigeration system work together to achieve stable and rapid control of temperature and humidity, ensuring that the experimental conditions meet the set requirements.
