Overview
NOBOTECH NPT-CD506 Waterproof Pen Conductivity detector /TDS is a high-performance portable measuring instrument designed for the civilian field. It adopts a 32-bit high-performance processor, which has the characteristics of small size, light weight and low power consumption. It has IP65 protection rating, supports boot-and-test, and is easy and fast to operate.

1. Measurement range: conductivity coverage 0~ 200uS/cm (0.1 constant), 0~ 2000uS/cm (1 constant), 0~ 20mS/cm (10 constant); TDS coverage 0~ 100ppm (0.1 constant), 0~ 1000ppm (1 constant); Temperature Measurement range 0~ 60 ℃.
2. Adopt LED segment code LCD dual display, which can display the /TDS value and temperature value of Conductivity detector at the same time.

Principle
The instrument uses the built-in Conductivity detector /TDS Sensor Probe measurement of the conductivity or total dissolved solids value of the solution, and transmits the signal to a 32-bit high-performance processor for processing and calculation. The instrument has a temperature compensation function (NTC10K thermistor, based on 25 ° C), which can correct the temperature of the Measured value to improve the measurement accuracy in different temperature environments. Finally, the processed Conductivity detector /TDS value and temperature value are displayed in two lines on the LED segment code LCD screen.

Steps
Step 1 Power on.
2. According to measurement requirements, freely switch Conductivity detector or TDS Measurement mode.
3. Immerse the Electrode head of the instrument into the solution to be tested.
4. Read the Conductivity detector /TDS and temperature values displayed on the LED screen.
5. After use, the instrument will automatically shut down without button operation for five minutes.
Notice
• Please make sure to use it under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 0~ 60 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 90%.
• When calibrating, the instrument will automatically identify the standard liquid. If the standard liquid does not fit, the calibration cannot be completed.
• Pay attention to the low battery reminder of the instrument and charge it in time.
• The instrument has IP65 Protection Rating, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term immersion or extreme environment use to extend the life.
