Overview
NOBOTECH NPT-DO601 Pen Dissolved Oxygen Detector is a product designed for the civilian field. It adopts a 32-bit high-performance processor and has the characteristics of small size, light weight and low power consumption. The instrument has IP65 Protection Rating, supports boot-and-test, and is easy and fast to operate.
Features
1. Measurement range: dissolved oxygen 0~ 20mg/L, temperature 0~ 60 ℃.
2. Adopt LED segment LCD screen, display dissolved oxygen value and temperature value at the same time.
3. Numerical calibrating and Temperature Adjustment.
4. Using 32-bit high-performance processor, stable performance and low power consumption.
5. Automatically identify the standard solution. If the standard solution does not match, the calibration cannot be completed.
6. Automatic shutdown without button operation in five minutes.
7. Equipped with low battery reminder function.
8. Adopt ultra-long standby technology, with a theoretical standby time of more than one year.
9. Protection Rating is IP65.
Principle
The pen-type dissolved oxygen detector measures the dissolved oxygen concentration and temperature in water through its Sensor Probe. The instrument has a built-in 32-bit high-performance processor to process the Sensor signal, and uses the NTC 10K temperature sensor for automatic temperature compensation in the range of 0~ 60 ° C to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results. The measurement data is displayed on the LED segment code LCD screen.
Steps
Step 1 Power on.
2. Immerse the instrument Probe into the liquid to be tested.
3. Wait for the reading to stabilize and read the dissolved oxygen and temperature values on the display.
4. If you need to calibrate, you can use standard liquid for numerical calibrating or temperature calibrating.
After use, the instrument will automatically shut down after five minutes of inactivity.
Notice
• Please make sure to use it under the conditions of Ambient Temperature 0~ 60 ℃ and relative humidity ≤ 90%.
• When calibrating, a standard liquid that can be recognized by the instrument must be used, otherwise the calibration cannot be completed.
• Pay attention to the low battery reminder of the instrument and charge it in time.
• The instrument has an IP65 Protection Rating, but still needs to avoid prolonged immersion or strong Impacts.
• Make sure that the Probe is in full contact with the liquid to be tested during measurement.
