The PH-1186 industrial online pH meter obtains the pH value through the Sensor measurement of hydrogen ion concentration in the solution, and can also measure Oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) and temperature. The meter adopts a high input Impedance design (≥ 1 × 10 ^ 12Ω) to ensure the Stability of the measurement signal. The temperature correction of the PH Measured value is carried out through the automatic temperature compensation function to improve the measurement accuracy. The measurement data can be displayed on a large screen LCD, and can be transmitted and controlled remotely through the 4-20mA current signal or the RS-485 Communication interface.

1. Install the instrument and ensure that the opening size of the disk is 92 x 92mm. 2. Connect the power supply (220VAC or book DC24V/DC12V power supply) and Sensor. 3. After booting, use the Chinese menu to set the parameters. 4. Use standard solution (such as 6.86/4 00/9.18 or 7.00/4 00/10.01) for pH correction, the correction range is zero +/- 1.45PH, slope +/- 30%. 5. Set the temperature compensation range (0-99.9 ℃), alarm control point (high/low point), 4-20mA output range and relay lag as needed. 6. The instrument can automatically identify the standard liquid and start the online measurement of PH, ORP and temperature values. 7. The measurement data can be displayed in real time and can be stored through the notepad function (up to 50 items). 8. Connect the host computer or Control system through RS-485 interface (optional) or 4-20mA output to realize data collection and remote monitoring.
