Overview
Nuobo YD-5100 Online Salinometer is a self-developed online intelligent salinity instrument. It adopts high-performance CPU chip and SMT patch technology to realize salinity and temperature measurement and temperature compensation. It has High Accuracy and Good Repeatability. It can be widely used in thermal power, chemical fertilizer, metallurgy, environmental protection, biochemistry, food and tap water and other solutions for continuous monitoring of salinity value.

Principle

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (working voltage: 220V [L] or DC24V + or DC12V +)
2. Install the equipment to ensure that the opening size is 92 × 92mm
3. Set salinity Measurement range and upper and lower limit control through Chinese menu
4. Optional RS-485 communication interface and set 4~ 20mA current output according to needs
5. Start the device for continuous monitoring, observe the LCD display and alarm status
6. Use the watchdog function to prevent crashes, and restore factory settings if necessary
Notice
• Working ambient temperature range is 0~ 60 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 90%
Load resistance should be less than 750Ω (suitable for 4-20mA signal output)
• The relay load is 10A 220VAC, and the hysteresis can be set arbitrarily
• Make sure the device works at the specified voltage to avoid using it beyond the range
• Regularly check the status of equipment to prevent environmental factors from affecting performance
