Overview
The Noble ZS-680 (submerged) online suspension instrument is used to measure the concentration of suspended solids in water, such as turbidity caused by soil, dust, organic matter and colloids. The Sensor calculates the concentration of suspended solids by emitting light waves that are absorbed, reflected and scattered during transmission, and detects the intensity of 180 ° transmitted light and 90 ° scattered light. It adopts RS485 interface communication, high data Precision, strong anti-interference, and supports calibration and automatic cleaning functions.

Principle
Sensor emitters transmit light waves, which are absorbed, reflected and scattered by suspended solids in water during transmission. Part of the transmitted light is irradiated to the 180 ° Direction Detector, and part of the scattered light is irradiated to the 90 ° Direction Detector. The suspended solids concentration of sewage is calculated by measuring the intensity of transmitted light and scattered light.

Steps
1. Connect the Sensor and Instrument to ensure that the power and communication interfaces are correct.
2. After booting, select the language through the LCD menu (switch between Chinese and English).
3. Measurement range and parameters, such as 4-20mA output corresponding value.
4. Use multi-point correction method for Sensor calibration.
5. Set the automatic cleaning interval (e.g. Sensor support).
6. Configure relay lag and switch function.
7. Start measurement, monitor data output and alarm status.
Notice
The working environment temperature should be 0~ 60 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 90%.
The output load should be less than 500Ω (0-10mA) or 750Ω (4-20mA).
Make sure the power supply is 220VAC +/- 10%, 50/60Hz or DC24V (e.g. book).
• Instrument Protection Rating is IP65, Sensor is IP68, pay attention to protection when installing.
• Relay load up to 3A 220VAC/24VDC to avoid overload.
• Sensor support is required for the automatic cleaning function, otherwise it cannot be set.
• Use the watchdog function to prevent crashes and regularly check the system operation.
