Overview
The WZY-4030A number control prototype is a numerical control equipment of the JINHE brand, which is used to make sample blocks or splines for material inspection on Non-metallic raw materials. It can process dumbbell, rectangular, round splines, and Impact spline notches, and can mill irregular planes into flat plates.
Features
1. High processing accuracy and fast speed.
2. Process multiple splines at once, for example, process dumbbells, rectangles, and round splines simultaneously on the same piece of material.
3. With material water cooling function, it can chill down the material that is heated and melted during processing.
4. With processing compensation function, it can compensate for errors caused by thermal expansion and mechanical compression of materials.
Principle
The equipment adopts CNC numerical control technology, controls the three-axis linkage system through the program controller, drives the XYZ axis motor and supplements the high-speed spindle motor to form a High Accuracy machining system, and realizes the processing of various graphic samples.

Steps
1. Select the desired machining graphics in the software (e.g. dumbbells, rectangles, circles, straight cuts, notch machining, or plane milling).
2. Enter relevant parameters (such as length, width, diameter or milled Film thickness).
3. Start processing, and the equipment automatically executes the processing program.
Notice
• Special shape procedures need to be customized by contacting the manufacturer.
• Use an electronic handwheel for precise spindle position adjustment.
• Configure the Z-axis tool alignment to achieve automatic tool alignment to ensure accuracy.
• Select the appropriate milling cutter and tooling according to the type of material.
• When processing heating materials, use chilled down water to chill down.
