Principle
The automatic Film Applicator uses the wire rod Spreader mode to evenly Spreader wet-film on different substrates through precision wire rods, and uses a stepless speed control system to precisely control the Spreader rate and stroke to ensure the preparation of smooth and flat test samples.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and fix it on the mechanical fixture
2. Select the appropriate rod model to set the Spreader Film thickness
3. Set Spreader Rate and Travel Parameters on Touch Screen
4. Start the Device for Auto Spreader
5. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader
