Overview
JFL XYM-R 10 * 10 digital temperature control hot pressing die is a laboratory equipment made of heat-resistant alloy tool steel. It is heated by an intelligent digital temperature controller, which is easy to adjust, simple to operate, and reliable and stable mass. The die is suitable for pressure heating of powders or particles, which can effectively improve the uniformity of sample density, reduce gas content, and enhance the intermolecular coalescence force, so that the formed sample is not easy to crush, which is convenient for subsequent analysis, cutting, sintering and preservation.
Features
1. Made of heat-resistant alloy tool steel, with high die Hardness (HRC > 60) and good durability.
2. Equipped with an intelligent digital temperature controller, accurate temperature control and easy adjustment.
3. Operating temperature range (room temperature~ 300 ℃), to meet a variety of experimental needs.
4. Compact mold design (size: 80 * 50 * 80-90mm), suitable for laboratory environment.
5. Heating power can be adjusted according to mold specifications (800~ 2000W), with strong adaptability.
Principle
The mold controls the built-in heating element through an intelligent digital display temperature controller, which converts electric energy into heat energy to heat the mold. At the same time, pressure is applied to the powder or granular sample in the mold through an external tablet press. Under the combined action of heating and pressure, the sample is compacted and formed, the internal structure becomes dense and uniform, and the bonding force between molecules is enhanced.
Applications
Chemical industry, superconductivity, ceramics, building materials, new energy materials and other scientific research experiments
Steps
1. Put the mold filled with the powder sample into the tablet press platform, and pad the standard heat insulation pad below.
2. In the power-off state, insert the two-hole plug of the mold cable into the mold interface, and insert the plug at the other end into the L1 and N sockets behind the thermostat and tighten the lock mother (insert the flat mold separately).
3. Insert the Thermocouple Sensor into the mold thermometer hole and lock it tightly, and connect the signal cable at the other end to the terminal behind the controller according to Color (red to red, blue to blue).
4. Plug the thermostat power cord triangle plug into a 220V power socket with a ground wire.
5. Turn on the power switch, press the set key to set the heating temperature, adjust it with the up and down keys, and press the set key to confirm, and start heating and pressurizing.
Notice
The recommended temperature for long-term use is less than or equal to 300 ° C, and should not exceed 350 ° C.
When connecting the line, make sure it is in a power-off state.
The power socket must be equipped with a ground wire.
* In the early stage of heating, due to heat capacity factors, there is a layer of temperature conduction, and there may be a slight temperature increase after stopping heating.
* Ambient Temperature, air convection and other factors may cause slight errors in thermostatic, and the system will gradually equilibrate through several overshoots.
When changing the set temperature, do not adjust the PID parameters at will.
* Please use it at temperature 8.0~ 50 ℃, relative humidity 35%~ 85% RH, no corrosion and no strong electromagnetic field radiation.
