Overview
KESIONOTS KS-OTS-Z25 automatic Breaking strength tester is an international universal Mullen type instrument, which is mainly used to measure the Burst Strength of various Cardboard, single-layer and multi-layer Corrugated Board, and can also be used for silk, cotton and other non-paper materials. The instrument has automatic detection, automatic test, automatic oil pressure return, automatic calculation and data storage printing functions, and the test results are displayed through the digital display screen.

Principle
The testing machine adopts the Mullen test principle. During the test, the sample is clamped between the upper and lower clamping rings, and the pressure is applied to the film at a constant rate (oil feeding speed 170 +/- 15mL/min) through the hydraulic system. The film bulges and bursts the sample. The instrument automatically detects and records the maximum pressure value when the sample breaks, which is Burst Strength.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz) and turn on the instrument.
2. Place the sample to be tested on the lower clamp ring.
3. Start the test, and the instrument automatically clamps the sample and begins detection.
4. The instrument automatically pressurizes, tests, and records Breaking strength data.
5. After the test is completed, the oil pressure is automatically reset.
6. View the results through the LCD display, or print the test data using a micro thermal printer.
Notice
• Power supply voltage meets AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz requirement before use.
• Make sure the sample is placed flat in the center of the clamp ring to avoid test errors.
• Regularly check the thickness of the film (2.5mm in the convex part) and its integrity, and replace it in time if it is damaged.
Measurement range of the instrument is 250~ 5600kpa, please do not test beyond the range.
• Keep the instrument clean and avoid use in humid or dusty environments.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the instrument without authorization.
