Overview
The LICHEN WGH6420 smart Flame photometer is an analytical instrument based on the principle of emission Light spectrum, which is mainly used for quantitative analysis of alkaline metal elements within a certain concentration range. The instrument excites the atoms of the measured element to emit light by flame and detects its Light spectrum energy intensity to determine the content of specific elements in the substance. It integrates gas combustion, Optical inspection system, photoelectric conversion and detection recording.

Principle
The Flame photometer works on the principle of emitting Light spectrum. The thermal energy of a flame is used to excite the atoms of an element in the sample to a high energy state, and when these atoms return to the ground state, they emit a specific wavelength of Light spectrum. The instrument collects these optical signals through an Optical inspection system, converts them into electrical signals by a photoelectric converter, and finally analyzes the strength of the signal by detecting the recording part to quantitatively determine the content of the element in the substance. Due to the limitation of flame excitation energy, this instrument is mainly suitable for quantitative analysis of alkaline metals.
Applications
Quantitative analysis of alkaline metal elements
Steps
1. Instrument preparation and startup
2. Select measurement elements (e.g. K, Na)
3. Select the calibration method (polyline method, straight line method or quadratic fitting method)
4. Linear dispersion calibration, the instrument can automatically calculate the correlation coefficient and give the regression equation
5. Save calibrated Linear dispersion (up to 5 pieces)
6. One-click automatic ignition, and the flame size can be set by pre-selected functions
7. Start the measurement of the sample, the injection rate is controlled at 4-6ml/min
8. Read the measurement results, the data can be uploaded to the computer or connected to the printer output through the RS232 interface
Notice
• The input power of the instrument is 220V AC and the frequency is 50HZ. Please ensure that the power supply matches.
Measurement range: K is 0-100mg/L, Na is 0-100mg/L, please ensure that the sample concentration is within this range.
• The instrument has the functions of flameout detection and automatic gas cutting, but it is still necessary to pay attention to gas safety.
