LICHEN WGH6430 smart Flame photometer is an analytical instrument based on the principle of emission Light spectrum. It excites the atomic luminescence of elements by flame thermal energy and detects the energy intensity of the Light spectrum to determine the content of specific elements in substances, especially for the quantitative analysis of alkaline metals within a certain concentration range.

Principle
The Flame photometer is based on the principle of emission light spectrum. The instrument uses the thermal energy of the flame to excite the atoms of a certain element in the sample to emit light, and then detects the intensity of the emitted Light spectrum energy through the Optical inspection system, photoelectric converter and detection recording part, so as to quantitatively analyze the content of the element in the substance.

Steps
1. Instrument preparation and startup
2. Select measurement elements and calibration methods (polyline method, straight line method or quadratic fitting method)
3. Linear dispersion calibration, the instrument can automatically calculate the correlation coefficient and give the regression equation
4. Save calibrated Linear dispersion equations (up to 5)
5. Use the one-click automatic ignition function and pre-select the flame size
6. Start sample measurement, the instrument can detect 3 elements simultaneously
7. After the measurement is completed, you can connect the printer through the RS232 interface or upload the data to the computer
Notice
The instrument is suitable for the analysis of alkaline metals (such as K, Na, Li) within a certain concentration range.
• Please ensure that the gas supply is normal before use, and the instrument has the functions of flameout detection and automatic gas cut-off to ensure safety.
• The injection rate is recommended to be controlled at 4-6ml/min.
• Pay attention to the Stability and Repeatability requirements of the instrument to ensure the Reliability of the measurement results.
