Overview
The LICHEN WGH6431 smart Flame photometer is an analytical instrument based on the principle of emission Light spectrum. The instrument excites the atoms of elements to emit light by flame heat energy and detects the energy intensity of their Light spectrum to determine the content of specific elements in substances, especially for the quantitative analysis of alkaline metals within a certain concentration range.
Features
1. LCD display, intuitive and clear.
2. One-click automatic ignition.
3. With flame size pre-selection function.
4. Flameout detection and automatic gas cutting function.
5. With RS232 interface, it can be connected to a printer and a data upload computer.
6. High-grade gas regulating valve with wider linear adjustment range.
7. With K, Na, Li, Ca, Ba five filters.
8. Three elements can be detected simultaneously.
9. Foldable line method, straight line method, quadratic fitting method calibrated.
10. Nearly 5 calibrated Linear dispersion equations can be saved.
11. With automatic calculation function of correlation coefficient, the regression Linear dispersion equation is given.
12. Adopt menu-type full numeric keypad for easy operation.
Principle
Light spectrum emission is the basic principle of the Flame photometer. The instrument uses the heat energy of the flame to excite the atom of a certain element in the sample to emit light. Optical inspection system and photoelectric converter are used to detect the intensity of its Light spectrum energy, and then determine the content of the element in the substance.
Applications
Quantitative analysis of alkaline metals
Steps
1. Prepare samples and standard solutions.
2. Turn on the power of the instrument and warm up.
3. Use the menu numeric keypad to set measurement parameters (such as elements, calibration methods, etc.).
4. Automatic ignition with one click and pre-selected flame size.
5. Carry out calibrated Linear dispersion calibration (can choose polyline method, straight line method or quadratic fitting method), the instrument can automatically calculate the correlation coefficient and give the regression equation, and can save nearly 5 Linear dispersion.
6. Inject the sample at a rate of 4-6 ml/min to begin measurement.
7. Read the measurement results through the LCD screen, and the data can be uploaded to the computer or connected to the printer output through the RS232 interface.
Notice
• The instrument has the function of flameout detection and automatic gas cut-off, but it still needs to be well ventilated and pay attention to gas safety.
• The injection rate needs to be controlled within the range of 4-6ml/min to ensure the measurement Stability.
• calibrated Linear dispersion You can choose different fitting methods according to your needs, and pay attention to preserving effective calibrated Linear dispersion.
• Make sure to use the correct filter before measurement (K, Na, Li, Ca, Ba five optional).
• Repeatability of the instrument for the same standard solution, repeability measurement should be ≤ 3%, Stability indication within 15 seconds should also be ≤ 3%, use should pay attention to monitor this performance.
• Please use a 220V 50HZ AC power supply and ensure that the power matches.
• Measurement range (K/Na/Ca: 0-100mg/L) and detection limit (0.1mg/L) are reference values, and the actual measurement needs to be carried out within the applicable concentration range of the instrument.
