LICHEN WGH6432 smart Flame photometer is an analytical instrument based on the principle of emission Light spectrum, which is mainly used for quantitative analysis of alkaline metal elements within a certain concentration range. The instrument determines the element content by exciting the atoms in the sample by flame and detecting the energy intensity of its Light spectrum. It is suitable for the measurement of potassium, sodium, barium and other elements.

Principle
Flame photometer is based on the principle of emission light spectrum. The instrument uses the heat energy of the flame to excite the atoms of a specific element in the sample to emit light, and then detects the intensity of the emitted Light spectrum energy through the Optical inspection system, photoelectric converter and detection recording part, so as to determine the content of the element in the material.

Notice
• The instrument is suitable for the analysis of alkaline metals within a certain concentration range, limited by the excitation energy of the flame.
• Before use, ensure that the gas supply is normal, and the instrument has the functions of flameout detection and automatic gas cut-off to ensure safety.
Measurement range: K: 0-100mg/L; Na: 0-100mg/L; Ba: 0-3000mg/L.
• Stability of the instrument (the maximum change of the indicated value within 15s is ≤ 3%) and Repeatability (7 consecutive independent measurements of the same standard solution ≤ 3%) should be paid attention to during operation.
• Make sure the input power is 220V AC, 50HZ.

• Linear dispersion equations can be obtained using the automatic calculation function of the correlation coefficient of the instrument when calibrating.
