Overview
LICHEN WGH6440 smart Flame photometer is an analytical instrument based on the principle of emission Light spectrum. The instrument uses flame thermal energy to excite the atoms of elements to emit light, and detects the energy intensity of the Light spectrum to determine the content of specific elements in substances. It is suitable for quantitative analysis of alkaline metals within a certain concentration range.
Features
1. LCD display, intuitive and clear.
2. One-click automatic ignition.
3. With flame size pre-selection function.
4. Flameout detection and automatic gas cutting function.
5. With RS232 interface, it can be connected to a printer and a data upload computer.
6. High-grade gas regulating valve with wider linear adjustment range.
7. With K, Na, Li, Ca, Ba five filters.
8. Three elements can be detected simultaneously.
9. Foldable line method, straight line method, quadratic fitting method calibrated.
10. Nearly 5 calibrated Linear dispersion equations can be saved.
11. With automatic calculation function of correlation coefficient, the regression Linear dispersion equation is given.
12. Adopt menu-type full numeric keypad for easy operation.
Principle
The Flame photometer works based on the principle of emitting Light spectrum. The instrument generates a flame through the combustion part of the gas and flame, and uses the thermal energy of the flame to excite the atoms of a certain element in the sample to emit light. The Optical inspection part collects and separates the Light spectrum of a specific wavelength, and then the photoelectric converter and the detection and recording part detect the strength of the Light spectrum energy to quantitatively analyze the content of the element in the substance.
Applications
Quantitative analysis of alkaline metals
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V AC, 50HZ).
2. Select the measurement elements (K, Na, Li, Ca) as needed.
3. Set the parameters through the menu-type full numeric keypad, and the flame size can be selected.
4. Use the one-button automatic ignition function to ignite the flame.
5. Inject at a rate of 4-6 ml/min.
6. The instrument displays the measurement results through the LCD screen.
7. You can choose the polyline method, straight line method or quadratic fitting method to calibrate, and you can save the calibrated Linear dispersion.
8. After the measurement is completed, the instrument has the function of flameout detection and automatic gas cutting.
9. You can connect the printer or upload data to the computer through the RS232 interface.
Notice
The instrument is suitable for the analysis of alkaline metals within a certain concentration range.
• Please ensure that the power supply is 220V AC and 50HZ before use.
• Be careful to keep the injection rate at 4-6ml/min.
• The instrument has an automatic flameout protection function, but it is still necessary to pay attention to gas safety.
• Choose from a variety of methods when calibrating, and pay attention to preserving the calibrated Linear dispersion.
• When measuring different elements, use the corresponding filters (K, Na, Li, Ca, Ba).
