The 1.7-inch color screen monitors the cold-drying temperature, output pressure, tank pressure, cold-drying and Compressor status in real time.

Principle
The instrument generates compressed air through the Compressor, which is cooled by a cyclone to reduce the gas temperature and water content, and then removes impurities and water through an activated carbon purification device to ensure the purity of the output gas. The gas circuit adopts a two-stage voltage regulation design to improve the Stability of the output pressure, and finally provides a stable and clean air source for Gas Chromatograph and other equipment.

Steps
Connect the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Turn on the power switch, and the instrument automatically starts gas production.
3. Set the required output pressure (0 to 0.4MPa) through an external regulating valve.
4. Monitor the running status through the screen, and set the automatic drainage time.
Notice
• The working environment should be kept at 10 ℃~ 40 ℃, Humidity ≤ 85%.
• Make sure to use a gas line with an outer diameter of 3mm and an M8 × 1 nut connector.
• The instrument has an automatic protection function, but it is still necessary to avoid forced use under overpressure, overcurrent or overheating conditions.
• Regularly check whether the automatic drain valve function is normal.
• Net weight of the instrument is 30kg when moving or maintaining.
