Overview
LICHEN technology single channel adjustable micro Pipette (model: 5-50 μl) is a small volume liquid removal tool commonly used in biological and chemical laboratories. The product is ergonomic, comfortable to the touch, light to operate, helps to avoid Repeatability muscle strain, and has a long service life and low maintenance cost. It is suitable for laboratories in many scientific fields such as clinical diagnosis, biotechnology, pharmacy, chemistry, environment and food.
Features
1. Pipette rod can be 360 ° swirl/spin, and can be removed for high temperature sterilization at 121 ° C.
2. Ergonomic design for long service life.
3. Comfortable to the touch, light suction and drainage operation, helps to avoid Repeatability muscle strain.
4. With high accuracy, low error coefficient, more accurate liquid removal.
5. Pipette has a long service life and low maintenance costs.
Principle
The micro-Pipette creates negative or positive pressure in the tip through the reciprocating motion of the piston, thus enabling precise suction and discharge of the liquid. Its adjustable design allows the user to set according to the required capacity (in the range of 5-50 μL, the step amount is 0.5 μL), and the precise mechanical structure ensures the accuracy and Repeatability of pipetting.
Applications
Clinical diagnostic laboratories, biotechnology laboratories, pharmacy and chemistry laboratories, environment laboratories, food laboratories
Steps
1. According to the required pipetting volume, the swirl/spin adjustment knob sets the capacity.
2. Install the appropriate suction head vertically on the front end of the Pipette and ensure sealing.
3. Hold the Pipette vertically and immerse the tip of the tip into the appropriate depth below the liquid level.
4. Release the operation button slowly and smoothly to absorb the liquid.
5. Move the suction head to the target container, adhere to the wall and slowly press the operation button to the first stop point to drain the liquid, and continue to press to the second stop point (if any) to drain the residual liquid.
6. Release the operation button, then press the button to return the suction head or push it out in the direction of the suction head to discard the suction head.
Notice
• Please select the appropriate Pipette and matching suction head according to the pipetting volume.
• When setting the capacity, do not exceed its marked range.
• When sucking the liquid, the action should be slow and smooth to avoid the liquid splashing into the interior of the Pipette.
• The tip of the suction head should be attached to the inner wall of the container when draining.
• After use, please adjust the capacity to the maximum range to maintain the internal spring state.
• Pipette is regularly calibrated and maintained to ensure accuracy.
• If you need to sterilize at high temperature, please follow the instructions to remove the sterilizable parts.
