Overview
LICHEN single channel adjustable micro Pipette (model: 10-100 μl) is a small volume pipetting tool commonly used in biological and chemical laboratories. The product is ergonomic, comfortable to the touch, light to operate, helps to avoid muscle strain injury of Repeatability, and has a long service life. It is suitable for laboratories in many scientific fields such as clinical diagnosis, biotechnology, pharmacy, chemistry, environment and food.
Features
1. Pipette rod can be swirled/spun 360 degrees, and can be removed for high temperature sterilization at 121 ° C.
2. Ergonomic design for long service life.
3. Comfortable to the touch, light suction and drainage operation, helps to avoid Repeatability muscle strain.
4. With high accuracy, low error coefficient, more accurate liquid removal.
5. Pipette has a long service life and low maintenance costs.
Principle
The product is a single-channel adjustable micro-Pipette. Through the reciprocating motion of the piston, negative or positive pressure is formed in the suction head, so as to achieve accurate absorption and discharge of liquid. The user sets the required volume through the swirl/spin adjustment wheel, and the pipette process can be completed by pressing the button.
Applications
Clinical diagnostic laboratories, biotechnology laboratories, pharmacy and chemistry laboratories, environment laboratories, food laboratories
Steps
1. Set the volume of the swirl/spin adjustment wheel according to the required pipetting volume.
2. Install the appropriate suction head on the front end of the Pipette.
3. Hold the Pipette vertically and immerse the tip of the tip below the liquid level.
4. Slowly release the operation button to absorb the liquid smoothly.
5. Move the suction head to the target container, adhere to the wall and slowly press the operation button to drain the liquid.
6. Press the back suction head button to remove the used suction head.
Notice
• Please select and install the matching suction head correctly according to the operating range before use.
• When absorbing liquids, keep the Pipette vertical and immerse the tip at an appropriate depth.
• When draining, the tip of the suction head should be attached to the inner wall of the container and operated slowly.
• Pipette range adjustment must not exceed its maximum or minimum calibration range.
• For accuracy, regular calibration and maintenance of Pipette is recommended.
• Before sterilizing at high temperature, be sure to remove the pipette rod.
• Avoid allowing liquids to enter the interior of the Pipette to prevent damage.
