The CHNSPEC DS-200 color difference meter is a high-performance Color measuring instrument with a dual-path design and innovative nano-integrated Optical inspection device. The measurement Repeatability accuracy reaches dE * ab ≤ 0.03. The instrument supports more than 30 measurement indicators and nearly 40 evaluation light sources. It has a built-in high definition camera and can be easily operated through the WeChat Mini Program and mobile app. It is widely used in plastics, paints, printing, food, Spinning & weaving, printing and dyeing and other industries.

Principle
DS-200色差仪采用D/8测量结构，SCI测量模式，通过全波段均衡LED光源照射样品，利用纳米集成光谱器件进行分光，硅光电二极管阵列双16组感应器接收反射光信号，计算得出各种颜色参数。双光路设计在测量样品信号的同时监测光源能量波动，减少干扰，确保测量稳定性和准确性。

Steps
1. Automatic calibration of instrument on calibrated base
2. Locate the sample test area through the built-in high definition camera
3. Select the required measurement indicators and evaluation light source
4. Single measurement or average measurement (2 to 99 times)
5. View and manage measurement data through WeChat Mini Program or mobile app
6. Use the PC-side color management system ColorExpert for more professional color management
Notice
• When measuring, it is necessary to ensure that the positioning of the measured area is accurate to avoid regional errors causing uncertainty
• The instrument adopts manual Calibration method and needs to be calibrated regularly to ensure measurement accuracy
• Zirconium reference whiteboard in calibrated base has ultra-high Hardness, but still needs to avoid violent collisions
• When using the mobile end program, make sure that the Bluetooth function of the device is normal
• Avoid the influence of direct light and severe environment changes on the measurement results during measurement
